We offer our sincere thanks to Dale & Mary Hadlock for their gracious hospitality extended to us during our November 4th Ladies Night at the White Birches. Fourteen attended and enjoyed a delicious meal and joined Alex on his accordion and Orland on piano in a great songfest.
Our last parade activity was held on Veterans' Day with nine hearty Nobles on board the wagon. The weather was clear with a cool, strong wind that reminded us that fall was indeed with us. This was evidenced as we sat for ten or more minutes in the middle of the Joshua Chamberlain Bridge. The crowd response was heartwarming, thus making the discomfort worthwhile.
December 10th we will be singing at the Veterans' Home at 2:00 P.M. Don't forget our Annual Meeting at the Odlin Road Howard Johnson on December 14th at 6:00 P.M.
Birthday wishes to Suzanne Shorey, Alma Johnson, Martha Brown, Pat Leighton and Carl Stewart. Anniversary greetings to Pat & Jim Leighton and Colleen & Fred Bean.
January meeting will be on the 11th with February and March meetings on the 8th.
Merry Christmas to all !!!!
