March Potentate's Message

I want to thank Denny Smith and the Bangor Brewer Shrine Club for the party they put on the  Friday night before the ceremonial. Then also, thanks go to Joyce Thornton, Sue Black, and Peggy Kennedy for helping Lady Pauline with the Ladies luncheon. It is my understanding that Craig Clifford did a good job of explaining to the Ladies, what a Shriner is. Every Potentate will say “It was a nice ceremonial;”

I would not want to count the number of Shriners it takes to put on a ceremonial but they all do a wonderful job. I took Steve Trimm and Sonny “the Kid” Crocker to Hancock County shrine club and got in  trouble by sitting next to Sammy C. and Dick C. Hancock County S. C. is having a Ladies night the sixth of April. The Second Section’s party was very nice, the photo unit sent me some very nice pictures. Waldo County S. C. is the second Thursday, and I was surprised by the turn out.  Their next meeting will be a Ladies night with a shore dinner so make reservations. The Mini  Bikes valentine Dance went well with a big crowd.

Don’t forget St. Paddy’s dance, you don’t have to wear green to enjoy the evening.
